Zermatt is a car-free zone. If you come by car, you’ll have to park it in Täsch and take the Matterhorn Gotthardbahn shuttle train to Zermatt.

From the train station, you can take the bus (red line) to the Schlüematta bus stop, which is right by the hotel. You can find the bus timetable here:

You can also take one of the electric taxis outside the station. We recommend Taxi Schaller.

You can safely store your luggage with us, free of charge, before check-in on the day you arrive and after check-out on the day you leave.

If you want to spend some extra time in Zermatt on your final day and take a shower before you make your way home, that’s no problem.

Yes, in exchange for a fee, well-trained pets are welcome to stay, too.

The main valley station is just a four-minute walk from the hotel.

For an additional fee, we will gladly put an extra bed in your room.

Please let us know if you need an extra bed before you arrive.

We do not offer half board. We’re happy to recommend a restaurant for you.
